Fractional Aircraft Ownership allows an individual or corporate entity to purchase a fractional interest in a single aircraft and guarantees on-demand 24/7 availability to the aircraft type purchased (or to a comparable or larger aircraft) -- all available to the owner on-demand anywhere with relatively little advance notice.
Typically, you can purchase a share, as small as 50 hours (considered 1/16th of an aircraft's full utilization) of a specific aircraft that meets your transportation requirements.
As part of your ownership agreement, you are essentially acquiring a "bank" of hours to be used during the contract period. And, if you choose to leave the program for any reason after a minimum obligation, the fractional programs guarantee to repurchase your ownership interest at fair market value.
