Executive Jet Management Appoints Ronald Silverman to Senior Vice President of Client Services

December 11, 2006 (Cincinnati, OH) – Executive Jet® Management (EJM) today announced that Ronald Silverman has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of client services.

Mr. Silverman, who previously held the position of vice president of client relations, will now be responsible for overseeing all client relations and management contract sales personnel. As the senior vice president, Silverman will direct Executive Jet Management’s team of professionals in identifying owners whose aircraft meet the company’s requirements for safety and modernity, as well as maintaining the ongoing relationships with aircraft management clients whose aircraft operate under EJM’s certificate. Silverman will be responsible for continuing to grow charter revenue for EJM’s management clients. Last year, 32 client aircraft in EJM’s charter fleet each generated over $1 million in charter revenue.

Mr. Silverman reports directly to Albert C. Pod. He will work out of both Executive Jet Management’s Teterboro, New Jersey sales office and the company’s Cincinnati, Ohio headquarters.

As a vice president of client relations for the northeast region of the United States, Silverman successfully managed and grew the relationships with Executive Jet Management’s aircraft management clients. Prior to joining Executive Jet Management he was regional vice president for client services for TAG Aviation USA, Inc. Silverman has a B.S. degree in business administration and marketing from Montclair State College.

Robert Garrymore, who had been Executive Jet Management senior vice president of client services, has joined NetJets as a sales vice president. Executive Jet Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of NetJets Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company.
